About this job

In addition to the basic qualifications listed below, the Scheduler should have the following skills and experience:

  • Capability to define customer needs to enhance processes to enhance the program schedule
  • Create project documentation, presentations, tracking, tasking etc. in MS Word, SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with Development Lifecycle processes and best practices; Provide schedule analysis of programs
  • Provide input for Program Management Reviews, Baseline review meetings to include performance measurement
  • Conduct and/or participate in IMS reviews to discuss program changes and risks;
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint
  • Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedule from other program schedules.

Clearance Requirement: TS//SCI with Polygraph

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline. Four (4) years of additional scheduling experience can be substituted in lieu of possessing a Bachelor's degree.
  • Certification in either the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) and/or Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) is desired
  • Successful completion an advanced level MS Project or Primavera course and have demonstrated experience with MS Project and/or Primavera
  • Eight (8) years experience as a Scheduler in programs and contracts
  • Two (2) years of experience managing a schedule for an engineering program involving hardware and software development and multiple sub-components using MS Project or Primavera.
